Welcome to
"Jews United for Moshiach"
...to hasten the coming of Moshiach
SICHOS
In 1991, at the time of the Gulf War, the Lubavitcher
Rebbe, Rabbi
Menachem M. Schneerson, the leader of the world-wide Chabad movement,
announced as a prophecy that the time of our Redemption has arrived, and
we all should prepare to welcome Moshiach in order to hasten his arrival.
The Rebbe instructed every Jew to learn about
Moshiach and the
Redemption, especially from the Rebbe's teachings on this subject. Published
talks of the Rebbe from 1991 and 1992 are especially infused with these
teachings.
The goal of our international campaign is to make
these talks as
accessible as possible, so a great number of Jews can learn them. To that
end we are presenting a weekly translation of a talk by the Rebbe from
this time period, and a clarification of the talk, on this website (www.mashiach.org).
In addition, we are arranging weekly classes throughout the world so that
whoever wants to join a class can do so.
The following are just a few suggestions for those
who may wish to
participate in this campaign:
- become a local coordinator and arrange classes
in your community
- teach, attend and/or
invite fellow Jews to classes
- learn the Rebbe's talk each week at home.
Plans are currently underway to set up classes
in many communities. If
you wish to become a local coordinator, find out where the nearest class

Each week you will find on this website
the text of two sichos (talks) of the
Rebbe:
- the sicha to be learned this week; and
- the Rebbe's sicha of Shabbos Chayei Sarah, 5752 (1992). In this talk
the Rebbe instructs every Jew to prepare himself and the world for the
imminent coming of Moshiach by learning about Moshiach and the Redemption.
